FAQ
- Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
- Yes. Plans are adjusted per tenant in the platform console. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply after the current billing cycle without affecting existing data.
- How are seats counted?
- A seat is an active user in the tenant. Disabled users do not consume seats; adding users beyond the limit is blocked with an upgrade prompt.
- Do you support private deployment?
- Yes. be-water is a single-process modular monolith, delivered with Docker Compose in production. Enterprise supports your own servers or private cloud.
- Can I buy only some modules?
- Modules toggle per tenant; plans define default scope. Enterprise can mix as needed—disabled modules have no routes, sidebar entries, or data.
